Refunds
Given the nature of digital content that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made; there is no \u201ctrial\u201d or \u201cgrace period\u201d after purchasing a subscription or any product, which means all sales are final. Once you have downloaded an item, there is no way to \u201creturn\u201d it. As such refunds cannot be provided unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you to your detriment. In such a case a pro-rata refund will be provided for any whole unused months.<\/p>\n
We will assess refund requests on their merits but generally, we also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:<\/p>\n
\u2013 you bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent\/already downloaded by you.
\u2013 product was bought by your employee or inmate from your PayPal account which he\/she had legal access.
\u2013 You can not install the downloaded product.
\u2013 The product is incompatible with your WordPress, plugins or web server settings.
\u2013 The product does not function as you want.
\u2013 The product displays a message about the need to enter a license key or activation.
\u2013 You broke your website when installing the product.
\u2013 You did not receive technical support on JAWAHOST.
\u2013 You refused provide to our support staff access to your web-site to investigate our product you are having issue with.<\/p>\n
\u2013 If you will get a refund you cannot use downloaded premium products any more.
\u2013 Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.<\/p>\n
